You have a period of 7 days (date of receipt ) to request an exchange or refund of your order by email to the following address: info@mjbccollection.com.
To do this, you must send us the reasons for your request and we will then contact you for the procedure to follow.
All the products returned must be intact and complete without being altered (not worn, not used) and in their original packaging. You must include proof of purchase (invoice) in your shipment. Make sure you still keep a copy of the invoice of the items you want to return to us.
MJBC Collection reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met.
All refunds will be made within 7 days after the reception of email confirmation that we will send you.
Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
You can cancel an order as long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation thereof by email. If you have already received confirmation of shipment, you will be able to return the ordered items as soon as you receive them following the procedure described above .
The dates of offers, prices or availability of items on our website may change without notice. We work tirelessly to present only the items available and regularly renew our stocks. It is possible that a product, size or color is missing in our inventory when you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation with the date of receipt thereof , the availability and price of each item ordered. We may on occasion have to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, ordered products can not be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.
Although we strive to meet your needs as far as possible, we reserve the right to revise a price or an inaccurate product description and to cancel or refuse an item order with a price or description inaccurate. It may be that these corrections would be done after that the order has been accepted .
MJBC Collection collects sales tax on products ordered through this website for a delivery address in Canada. The rate of sales tax that will apply to an order depends on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services) is added to all orders in all provinces in Canada, except for the following provinces where the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: the Nova Scotia (15%), Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%) and Prince Edward Island (14%). In addition, the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is added to all orders in Quebec (9.975%).
If the delivery address is outside of Canada, no tax will be applied.
